Leave M1 at Junction 25, the A52 Derby/Nottingham turn-off. Take the Sandiacre turning from the roundabout; this is the second exit if travelling North or the 5th exit if travelling South. This is Bostock Lane. Continue on here past Holiday Inn on right, to ‘T’ junction – this is approximately 350 metres from the roundabout. At the ‘T’ junction, go straight across onto Rushy Lane. Continue on here for approximately 1 km and take the first right turn called Stanton Road. This road will cross over the motorway and pass a school on the right hand side. Just past the school is a car park on the left and then a left turn onto Church Drive. Placketts Mill is immediately on the right after turning into Church Drive.
